Your Key is Ready... Time to Pick it Up!

How will I know when my key is ready for pickup?
当调频&C is finished processing 你r key, 你 will receive notification from keys@t9111.com that 你r key is ready.

How do I schedule a pickup time?
Please call the Facilities Management & Construction front desk at 757-683-4269 to schedule 你r appointment. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring 你r 大学ID, and be ready to login to 你r myODU portal.

Where is the Facilities Management & Construction 办公室 located?
We are located at 4401 Powhatan Ave, Norfolk VA 23529. Our building is near the corner of W 43rd St and Powhatan Ave. See building #210 on the 校园地图.

At Your Appointment:
When 你 pick up 你r new key, 你 will be asked to present 你r ODU ID, and then will need to login to 你r myODU portal on the provided tablet or computer in order to electronically sign the below agreement.

Key Holders Agreement

  1. I understand that I have been issued the above listed key(s) on a temporary basis for use in the performance of my duties, 工作, or position and that I am personally responsible and accountable for the security and safekeeping of such key(s).

  2. I understand that key(s) issued to me will not be loaned to others and will not be duplicated under any circumstances.

  3. I will return all keys to the Facilities Management & Construction 办公室 upon my transfer or termination.

  4. I understand there will be a charge for each lost key.

Returning 你r Key

Switching 工作s or leaving the University? Remember to return 你r key(s) directly to Facilities Management.
University keys are the property of ODU. When departing the University or changing positions where the keys are no longer needed, 你 are required to return all assigned keys directly to Facilities Management. You will be charged the 现在的速度 for each key not returned to Facilities Management.

Please do not return 你r key(s) to 你r supervisor.
Should 你r supervisor insist that 你 turn keys over to them, kindly ask them to contact Facilities Management. 再一次。 (NOT 你r supervisor) will be held responsible for all keys not returned to Facilities Management.
